Our mission at Persevere Healthcare is to reverse the epidemic of substance use disorder and underttreated mental illness. We offer an array of services including prescription medications, anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy, drug and alcohol recovery coaching for adults and adolescents, relapse prevention strategies, trauma coaching and support, sober housing, and corrections re-entry coaching and support. Our providers are nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and The Addictions Academy.
